I contacted Primal Harvest Customer Service. If it were my company I would want to know when my customers have a problem with a delivery of a product.
After having to answer several questions (via email, which I have no problem with). I was offered a 5% discount on a $35 product ($1.75). I spent so much time over 2 or3 days or more answering questions via email.
I am very disappointed that I was not offered a replacement. I told the service person I tossed them out. I also canceled my subscription”
