“Hi. I've started taking these in July. I have noticed small improvements in my hair texture and softness. It hasn't been in my system long enough to really see significant changes in growth. But, I'm going to give it a try for at least 6 months. It's not terribly exspensive, which I like. I'll be buying another bottle soon. :)”
