“I started taking the vitamin about 2 months ago. After 2 weeks I had a considerable amount of energy and stopped taking afternoon naps. I take the multi vitamin along with the probiotic which also excellent. The cost is extremely reasonable and worth it. Time will tell on the other claims the product states. I should also mention, I am 65”
