“I’m usually the person who buys the generic store-brand bulk pack of vitamins to save money, but I wanted to invest in my health and take vitamins that I trust more; not having to take other immune system vitamins. I am a special education teacher, and when the kids get sick, the teachers usually get sick. I like that this vitamin is both energy and immune support (no more taking extra emergen C daily to try and not catch any bugs going around school.) I also really like that it’s one capsule a day. I’ve tried buying other “fancy” vitamins that are 2 a day, and the vitamins run out quickly.
The capsules have no taste or aftertaste/side effects. I’ve been taking them consistently with a meal daily and have felt great!
