“I chose primal because of the value, ingredients, volume and cost. This is undoubtedly the best value, with the ingredients I'm looking for. Since I was a young kid, I've been a little forgetful, leaving things here or there, and having to try and remember where I left it. I've also always had a little difficulty with quick recall, I think partially a stress response. At times, I'd want to remember something and it would escaped me, and I'd recall it later. I started using it to see if I would notice a difference with that quick recall memory. I have, but nothing as notable as I'd hoped for.
What has been more noticable is added sharpness, which was not something I thought I needed. When at work or etc. I seem to have a better ability to move from one thought to another clearly, which helps with my efficiency of thought. I do recommend it.”
