“i noticed something odd after taking 2 capsuls per day with food for about 4 days, it is shrinking the big goiter in my neck & really didnt want surgery. this has been in my neck for at least 10 years. i can swallow my food easier. i originally got this to help with my glaucoma and i guess i wont know until i go back to the eye dr but i also noticed im not waking up with bad headaches anymore. it doesnt upset my stomach etc or give me bad breakouts on my arms. i hope others that have the same types of health problems like the ones i have will have good luck with the pills”
