Of course, if I drink a glass of wine at 5pm, Primal Sleep does not help. I think many of us are hoping for a quick fix, something that allows us to do and eat whatever we want - sugars starches caffeine etc. - and yet also get a good result. Indeed, many prescription meds do provide this "lead blanket" effect - but they can also create problems with your bodies organs - as well as potentially resulting in dependency issues. My experience with Primal sleep still requires me to take responsibility for my own wellbeing - but it has also given me the advantage that allows me to realistically do that. I am so grateful for this product! (Also of great importance is that many herbal formulas can ultimately restore your bodies deficiencies which were the root of your imbalance problems in the first place.)
