“Primal sleep does help, have had sleep issues for years, tried many different things, drugs from doctors, over counter medications,magnesium melatonin, lots of different things some help a little or for a short while. Primal so far works well for me with little fuzziness in the morning. Always had trouble getting back to sleep, now most nights I get back to sleep pretty fast. Only been a few weeks but I’m hopeful it will continue to work.”
