“It's difficult to rate something like this when I didn't notice a difference. I mean, I still have terrible eyesight! :-p On the positive side, I can say that the capsules are easy to swallow and don't cause stomach upset or cause burping. One of the things I don't like is that it specifies 2 capsules per day. If these were the only two capsules I had each day, that would be another story, but as it stands, I hate adding 2 more to what I already take.”
