“I have finally received my product, 1.5 months after I ordered it. At the first delivery, I wasn’t home, and I was informed that the product was stored nearby, but not where. I wrote several emails asking about the location of my product without any answer. For some time I actually thought it was a scam. After some time and many emails, I received some email in German, that I believe told me the product was on its way. Now it has finally arrived.
Actually, all communications from the company have been in German, except when asking me to improve my rating (which I haven’t).”
