“The mugs are a nice idea for a present and appear to be good quality. Pleased that they are dishwasher safe. They arrived in a timely manner and with well-protecting packaging. There was also a speedy response to a query I sent online early in the ordering process. Despite the numerous dog breeds catered for, I was unable to find any pictures to match two dogs - otherwise I would have purchased more mugs! I would like to have been able to see all the pictures of the dogs displayed at once, so I didn't have to repeatedly click on the name in order to see the picture. If this feature is there, sadly I could not find it. I was also thrown by doing my order, but the picture of the mug in the order summary not matching what I had just ordered. That created doubt as to whether I had actually ordered the correct mug.”
