“I was a little hesitant at first because I don't know what kind of quality you're going to get from ordering something online as opposed to having it made by the dentist, but they were very good all the way. They sent me an impression kit, which had written out instructions, which had pictures and steps, which were very specific. And they even had a website to go and view a video demonstration on how to make the impressions so that they can walk you through it. I did mess up the first one just because I was rushing too much and I didn't get a good impression. But fortunately, they added an extra set of putty knowing that just in case you mess up, you have some backup putty to use for the impression kit and in even in the course of emailing the customer service, I found out that if you mess up the backup, then they will also send you extra putty at no extra charge to make a good impression. So very good customer service on that end. You also have the option to upload a picture of your impressions once they're made to get their approval before you send it off, which I did. And I have to say the guard fits very well, and I've had no problems with sleeping in it. So, very good.”

You know, I did have a little bit of difficulty with the putty, but everybody there was very empathetic to my challenges with the putty and they sent me a replacement kit. No problem. “I bought this heavy night grinding mouth guard about a year ago. I’ve used it on and off and I can tell a difference in how I sleep or how good I slept when I use it vs when I don’t. I don’t wake up with headaches/migraines or sore jaw. I am starting to wear down the bottom but I’m sure it’ll last a few years before needing to buy a new one due to it being too worn down which is much better than the over the counter ones that I use to grind through within a few months if I was lucky it would maybe last me a year.
