“Pretty sure it's helping my teeth with the grinding problem at night and I am very happy with them. It was really easy to cast the mold for them. You do have to keep in mind sometimes that, for me, I had to use the large upper tray, but then a medium lower tray, so it's not like each set of teeth is going to be matching for you. “Despite the fact that you know, we're in the middle of Covid and there's a border between us, I got my kit pretty quickly and the putty that you do the Impressions with was easy to use, just follow the instructions. And within a few short weeks, I had my guard and it fits really well. It fits really well on my teeth, very easy to put in and take out. At first, I would wake up with it in my bed. But, you know, patience is a virtue here as a many other things and I wake up in the morning now and it's still there.
