“I had been told a night guard from my dentist would be nearly 600 dollars, so I tried a Pro Teeth guard. They offered guidance on which guard to get, trimmed it down in thinness as much as possible, and were very quick to answer questions, etc. When I got my guard, it fit beautifully, (they had great instructions and video on how to make impressions) but it made me gag and the chemical smell was very off putting. I pretty much decided I had ordered the wrong guard and it would never work. I just couldn't tolerate it. After they solicited my satisfaction and I told them my problems, they encouraged me to send it back, and when I got it back it was fine. They had trimmed off the back so it was not so bulky and no longer elicited a gag reflex. The chemical smell dissipated, so no problem there. I was really satisfied, just wish I had ordered the thinner guard to begin with.”
