“I purchased the "hybrid" night guard for moderate clenching and so far it has been great. I hardly ever wake up during the night anymore and I have yet to wake up with a headache from clenching at night. The service has been phenomenal and making the mold of your teeth to send in is very easy (they send you an additional putty mix in case you mess up the first).
The guard is a little thicker than I was imagining, but it is not overly bulky and is actually quite comfortable once you get used to it. The bottom of the guard matches the alignment and grooves of your bottom teeth to ensure a more comfortable fit and it makes a huge difference! No OTC night guards I have tried come close to my hybrid guard.
