“I ordered my night guard on September 8th and didn't have a completed night guard with a proper fit until November 12th. The first guard they sent to me had an odd bite that made my lower jaw go to the side significantly. I considered getting a refund (I regret not getting one) but ended up having one remade with a better bite. The guard lasted me until two weeks after the 60 day satisfaction period before I saw that a crack had formed. I reached out to the company to see if they could send me a new one and they said they could but I would need to send it back or put a $200 deposit down. The guard is still usable as is, not sure why I would have to send it back while I wait 2 months for my new one. I decided I'll just wait for this to break and order through a different company. Moral of the story: I'm now out $150, don't waste your money like I did.”

Other than that the experience was horrible. First of the advertising is misleading. In NO WAY is this easy to make an impression at home ! In NO WAY is this the same product offered at a dentist office. The trays are cheap and not well designed and it is extremely difficult if not impossible to create a good impression at home. The putty is not even close to what is used at a dental office! In fact the putty is dangerous. After the 4 minutes they recommend retaining the tray/putty in the mouth, the putty hardens too much and actually cracks as it is removed from the teeth and adheres to the surfaces of the teeth requiring great effort to remove, it felt like it would never come off! Finally after about an hour of flossing and chipping away with a pick, most of the putty could be removed from the areas that it had strongly adhered to. But there is still the question as to whether this putty might have left a film on the surfaces of the teeth which could be potentially very harmful to anyone and in particular those with periodontal disease.
I was extremely disappointed in the product and would not advise this to ANYONE! Buyer beware!. I have had to report this to authorities as a potential danger and also for misleading advertising. I hated to to that because the company service people were nice. It's just that I believe the public needs to be alerted as to the potential issues of this product as above.”
