“I'm happy I could get an affordable custom night guard without going through a dentist. It fits much better than the boil and bite ones I tried before - even the thinnest of those were too bulky. I appreciate having different choices of material. I got the soft guard. My front teeth have significant wear from grinding, but I also clench my molars so I needed something soft to cushion them, but not too thick otherwise it pushes my mouth open while I sleep. My mouth stays closed with this guard. I have not yet worn it enough to know if it will hold up to grinding, but it feels durable. At first the fit was causing one of my crooked teeth to put too much pressure on the teeth above it, but I sent it back for an adjustment and they did a great job, the problem is now gone. Wearing the guard does not reduce the clenching for me, so I still have soreness from that, but it gives me a comfortable option to protect my teeth from grinding.”

“The impression making process was easy just follow the instructions and don't delay since the putty is made to get hard to hold the impression. The guard is comfortable and my front upper teeth took a bit to adjust, a bit sore at first, but fine now. Caution, if you have any scheduled teeth work wait on the guard until you are done so everything lines up and a new crown does not throw off the positioning.
I think I am still clenching but need to break old habits over time.”
