“Probe It offers a wonderful online food safety program for our participants with disabilities interested in upgrading their skills before entering the food service industry. The content of the slides provides information that is relevant and engaging. Information that uses consistent language and is delivered concisely helps our learners understand the material more easily as they complete this course.”
