“The scooter is nippy my only issue is that the battery drains quiet quickly also on a couple occasions when I message customer service regarding issues that I was first having with scooter I didn't get a response that being said they did reply on most of occasions the other reason why I am giving a four star rating is just because the writing on the site about this scooter said that u can use in wet weather...but wen I further asked custom or service I got told not to that it wasn't built for this weather so this should be corrected on the site I have only had the scooter a couple days so this is all I can comment on for now other than the slight issues I have with battery and weather conditions I think it's light weight an nippy many thanks”
