“Disgusted at the customer service. Tyre got a puncture on the 2nd use and we have tried 4 different places in our area and not one of them can repair it!!! Pro-Electric can not tell me where we can get this fixed other than to return it to them at £40 just for the return. No details from them on how much their repair will be but this is also not something we want to do every time a puncture happens.”

“Do not buy in this company. They send incomplete scooter. The screws to fix the head part of the scooter into the stem are missing. I haven't received them after more than a week. They do not answer me when trying to contact them.”
