“Ordered a scooter for my daughters birthday delivery very quick although after first charge she tried to play on it battery wasn’t charged only on 1 bar contacted customer service who advised sent it back to be inspected and if after at least 48hrs (to be checked ) was faulty I have returned to battery sent them photos of proof of postage and even photos of tracking to say they have it but there still saying wait until it’s inspected for a new battery to be sent out bear in mind they can check there records scooter wasn’t even in my possession 24 hrs when this fault occurred if it was a shop they would of changed it there and then I have a very unhappy child with no birthday present”
