“Pigmented, everything blends really well. I docked a star because the shimmers are harder to work with. I had to really rub my finger hard in them and on my eyelid to get them to show up. Also plastic palettes are not ideal, please start making cardboard palettes that are better for the environment!”
“I like this pallete but it's a little patchy. It has alot of pigment but it doesnt go on smoothly so it takes alot of work to blend out and make look presentable.”
