“I love the colors of these glitters. Yes there will be fallout using these, but there is also fallout with shimmer shades(either one can hurt getting into the eye, any eye makeup hurts when it gets into the eyes) you just need to be careful and not go so hard handed, use a little and build it up.”

The reasoning being is that profusion's glitters are very fine, almost like a salt grain. I personally feel better putting these on with glitter primer, just to be extra safe!!
