“This pen is VERY fine and black. Its perfect for my deep hooded eyes. But it's also very liquid and tends to bleed and spread if you're not careful, if this weren't the case I would absolutely love it and it would be my favorite eyeliner of all time. The pen is quite opaque and has good staying power too. I'll likely buy it again for the price.”
