Unfortunately i have emailed the company several times about my missing product and although i havent gotten a response, i did get an email to review this pallet. I do hope that submitting this review finally gets through to the company. I love their products, their shadow pallets are amazing and i do hope to resolve this situation soon so i can order again!”
