“The formula is great on both the liquid and pencil. The liquid liner has a great applicator also, but the pencil eyeliner has the plastic body that when you sharpen it breaks the liner every time. So you end up wasting a lot of product. Rethink the pencil because the formula goes on smooth and lasts a Long time.”
