“I loved the water activated eyeliners from previous collections and saw there were also added to this portfolio and had to buy it. Instead of water I have also used setting spray and they hold up very well. I had no issues with dryness or flaking off my eyes. The selection of eye and cheek shades are very nice. The shades are very buildable. I didn't experience any fallout, creasing due to I used the Profusion eyeshadow primer. You may experience some fallout on some colors but it's not too much of an issue.”
