“SO STINKING CUTE!!! This whole line is adorable and I wish I was able to order the original palette from the line. This bag is so cute and yes Casper does glow in the dark. I do worry about the zipper being weak and coming apart from the plastic material of the bag. But it’s definitely worth it for the collector aspect.”
