“I've gotten one of these loose pigments before this one. They're kinda messy but I think it's worth it. Definitely have to use either a sticky eye primer or glitter primer to get the pigment to stick. But once it's applied it sooo gorgeous it shifts colors and the sparkle is unreal.”
“I purchased both colors. They are so beautiful alone over an eye primer, over a white or black cream or powder eyeshadow or used as an eyeliner. I use a long lasting non shimmer setting spray and dip my liner brush in and just apply as a liner and it is beautiful. Hopefully there will be more color stories in the future with more loose powder eyeshadow.”
