“Magical indeed. These dark, dusty colors are beautiful for creating a witchy, gothic inspired look. The shimmers Outcast and Pendulum are my favorite. The palette itself is so cute to look at, I have it on display on my shelves. I love when Profusion releases their Halloween collections because they always knock it out of the ballpark.”
