“The best concentrate for lash shampoo. Keeps the lashes clean with GREAT retention. Also, the fact that the shampoo is gentle on the eyes. Such a good shampoo for sensitive eyes. I love that it is toxic-free, vegan-friendly, pH balanced, and smells good. It is moisturizing as well. But, I do wonder if the fragrance from the shampoo will affect the skin around the eyes..”
