Unfortunately, our distribution centre has been experiencing a few delays due to covid. Rest assured, this is not a regular occurrence. Dispatch usually takes between 2-3 business days.
Ensure you are not using any oil based products around your eyes, this may cause the retention problems you are experiencing.
