The Proov is accurate, though it should be mentioned that if you are on DHEA it can produce false positives. Checking baseline it didn't for me, but it is something to be aware of if you are on DHEA.

Proov is one more helpful thing to find out if you are having luteal phase defect (not enough Progesterone to support a baby after ovulation and fertilization), but you can also do that by having your Progesterone checked Peak+3,7,9,11 in the Creighton method. However, Proov may be more economical, depending on your insurance.
