“Tried the confirm tests for one cycle, Proov told me I had successfully ovulated but my progesterone was low and advised me to purchase some of their progesterone boosting supplements (I didn’t). Conceived that cycle anyway and just entering the second trimester. The strips are an interesting and useful tool, but I would just interpret the results with a grain of salt and not get too discouraged. I used with LH strips that I had purchased elsewhere.”

“Really easy to use. App also makes it easy to read results Instructions were clear App can be a little confusing because the calendar key was missing and I was testing for pdg when I should have been testing for lh but customer service was wonderful and sent me new strips”
