“I’ve done proov for 2 cycles now. I thought this was very insightful and I learned a lot. Customer service was great and sent me additional tests when I ran out because of my cycle being longer than usual. However because they did not arrive in time, I had to freeze my urine and then test a few days later. Unfortunately all the tests that were done with my thawed out urine, did not appear accurate at all. Although I appreciate them sending me additional tests at no charge, it would have been almost better to pay the $30 for a new box at Amazon so I didn’t have to freeze the urine and get faulty results.”

“I had a very good experience until the app updated and the camera functionality changed significantly. It is impossible to take a good picture now. I’ve submitted feedback and no updates. The previous version prior to the app update was much better.”

“Used proov for only ONE cycle, after trying unsuccessfully for over 3 years - I’m now 5 weeks pregnant! Turns out the cycle tracking apps projected “ovulation date” was nowhere near the actual date - I ovulate late, after an extended period of high estrogen and LH - with multiple peaks! The ladies were so helpful, our email thread has over 60 messages! If you have questions they will answer them , use them. My peak needed to be adjusted in the app, make sure you are utilizing the PEOPLE - the tech alone isn’t enough, if it weren’t for the proov ladies I would have been lost, and due to my long cycle the app would have miss calculated the data. They even sent me (over night) more strips to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you - thank you - thank you!”

“They have the best and quickest customer service. Proov complete with the latest app is amazing. I love that you don't need to buy an expensive device to use it, and it still works great. It gave me peace of mind to know that my ovulation score was 100. I just wish I could get a bulk discount to use to test everyday during my cycle because the charts it makes are so fascinating! If you're deciding between confirm and complete, I recommend trying one cycle of complete. It gives much more complete picture, and the pdg test has a higher range.”
