“Customer service was great but we had issues with the test and results twice. The first device we were sent would not work and the second device gave us results but the video glitched. My husband had to do it again and he got a good video but it disappeared after he viewed it and couldn't find it again. Customer service was nice to send us a new device and extra tests”

“Product didn't work. I was referred to manufacturer for product defect. Was told that they would send a new test that never came. I'm about to file visa dispute.”
