“Order# 3261 placed on 3 Sep 2023 and it is today 10 Oct 2023 and I have yet to receive my purchased order! I’ve reached out multiple times only to be shown what the USPS tracking states and that is a label has been created but they don’t have the package in their possession as of yet WHICH I ALREADY KNEW! Then, to top it all off, yesterday I received an email from Proper Detail asking me how I like my recent purchase! Bottom line? MY experience has been very poor and I never received my order I placed over a month ago! I received only one reply from my multiple requests asking where my order was. Very disappointed and still need a refund or status of this order.
