“This review isn’t about any of the items that I purchased. It’s about your customer service. Someone needs to be manning your phone line. If you can’t man your phone line then someone needs to be responding to the voice messages that are left there. Someone needs to be manning your emails. It shouldn’t take WEEKS for someone to get back with you through email. And their responses shouldn’t only come AFTER your order has shipped with no chance to change or correct anything. That’s just the most basic level of customer service. I like a lot of your stuff. I’ve ordered a lot of your stuff. But headaches with customer service make me rethink how much more of it I’ll be purchasing in the future. One to Two Stars Max on Customer Service.”
