“My first order was great. My bill came in a very nice cover and was in great shape. When I received my second bill it did not have the nice cover only the plastic sleeve and it was severely damaged from being folded and appeared to have had something placed on it during shipping. What I did not like was even after sending pictures and explaining the bill was damaged only 1 hour after I received it I was told you can send it back because it has been less then 24 hours but I had to eat the cost of shipping it back which was over 4 dollars. SO I just asked for a refund and I have not received conformation or any communication back after I was told to provide a tracking number which I did. Customer service, customer satisfaction does not seem to be top priority.”
“I contacted your company 5 times with a question and I got the same response- Will get back to you within 1 business day . Well it’s been 5 five days and no response . That speaks volumes about your integrity to your Customers. I was a frequent Customer !
