“Well, not too helpful since I have had to get the police, FBI, and my lawyer involved to find out just what full card number was used my name and how the order was ever confirmed since they had my email afresh and it sure as heck was NOT me ordering this crap. It was most definitely my ex and that’s why I know it’s him however I need confirmation to prosecute and sue. You and him once I figure all of this out. You all need better protection in regards to your ordering process or at least for Gods sake just provide the police with the proper information so we can prosecute this person that did this. This is a federal crime and you all have the information.”
