“while I was reading the information to purchase the Trump black and gold coin only; after submitting payment info, immediately another page pops up with all sorte of graphic offers at how I can save more money on more offers that included this purchase that I had just made. So I clicked on one that first looked nice, by it's graphical presentation. Immediately I was billed extra amount of money on my card without getting to see what I was billed for before actually seeing and approving or deciding I didn't want this extra savings offer. I call that a dishonest and quick way to get more money from the customer before a rejection is made from the customer. A shady way of getting money quickly. A $19.99 purchase turned into a total cost of $56.44 dollars. Not bad for a merchants bogus advertising scheme but not good for the customer. On top of this whole scheme was I was being billed a $19.00 dollar monthly membership upon receiving an email statement with transaction details in total. I was pissed to say the least. I sent an email back immediately telling to cancel everything except the one coin that was my original purchase.
I received an email response probably generated by an AI program telling me nothing could be done just yet because it was the start of the weekend since the transaction was made on friday, and no one was available. So after 4 days of no corresndence between I received about three or four emails from the merchant trying to appease me by offering discounts on other products as an answer to the problem yhey created, especially removing the $19.00 dollar a month membership charge. I insisted no I don't want anything but the Trump coin only. The last email I received from this merchant was that I wouldn't get any of my refund because the product had already been packaged an shipped and the tracking number was on this email.
In conclusion of everything regarding this purchase, I did receive the package within 5 days and there was nore items in the box with two trump coins, but nowhere close to the value in cost of what I paid for in time and money well spent.”
