“I did not receive the item, and my card was charged for the item and also the shipping charge. I contacted “Proud Patriots” customer service to let them know I did not receive the item. I was assured I would receive a full refund for the amount my card was charged,, along with the shipping charge. I did not receive this refund as the shipping was not included in the refund. So basically I was charged shipping for the item which was not shipped to me. This reflects badly on the “Proud Patriot” organization. I know that President Trump would not approve of the way this business is being conducted and associated with items in support of him. I was let down not to be able to receive the item I ordered and paid for to support President Trump.
