My only complaint... which I mentioned in a previous letter, but you never responded to... was that your online "purchasing" software Incorrectly removed my designated "Buy Two/Get One Free" option selection without my knowledge, giving the appearance of "BAIT AND SWITCH". I m sure that was not your intent, but the flaw in Proud Patriots software DID cause a problem that took several letters from me to correct. I STILL suggest that your software's flaw needs to be corrected to the same problem from happening again, as it spoils what in every other aspect would be a very positive Customer experience. (Note: I would still appreciate a response from Proud Patriots, regarding this matter)... /Thank You!”
“Figurines are great. Box was left under drip line of house. I have a note saying to put pkgs on side porch. We had torrential downpour, the box was destroyed and 4 inner boxes were as well. I bought six for gifts. Of course the figurines are ok, but as gifts and collectibles they are dump. Maybe place in plastic bags in case idiots do delivery next time.”
