“The hearts feel off within an hour. The bobby pins don‚Äôt go back into shape if you‚Äôve put enough hair in for them to stay in, so you can‚Äôt really use them again anyway since the two pieces are so spread out, besides that one of the hearts is off. I emailed to let them know and they didn‚Äôt email anything back, just sent a new pair. I‚Äôve gotten earrings before that were all misshapen, they again sent a new pair but I would have liked it better if they addressed the quality of their products.
I wouldn‚Äôt recommend nor will I be buying anything again.”
