“Can’t write a review if you never received what you ordered. Our shipment has been “in transit” since November 23. Made several attempts at trying to find our products, customer service is garbage. They just give you the run around. Claiming they can’t find your order number then you having to send screen shots to prove your purchases, then they ask you to wait. Then finally after 2 weeks of patience and many emails (no phone contacts) they finally agree to send replacements of your $160 valued purchase at half the value. Oh, but wait there’s more… Finally 2 days later they send you an email stating they no longer have the original products you ordered. They can send “similar” products equal to the value of your purchase, which you purchased on sale. No Thank You. Requested a refund instead of a replacement because in no way do we want to promote a company to treat their customers this way. Still waiting on a response for my refund request. Good Luck if you order from this company and they screw up your purchase.”
