“Very disappointing. They came mislabeled. I reached out to customer service because this was just one of a few things wrong with my order. I got a response back from 2 different people but I haven’t gotten any resolution to any of my problems.
I am a cancer patient and ordered 2 cancer survivors and 4 cancer supporters for my treatment team. And survivors came Mislabeled.
The other 15 bracelets were NOT LABELED AT ALL which took me a long time to choose for specific people because of their symbolism
I also was shorted a bracelet
I GOT STRINGS WITH NO MEANINGS.
