“Overall, the bracelet quality is good. However, I ordered these on Black Friday for Christmas gifts. They didn't arrive until a mid February. I reached out to their customer service numerous times, each with a different but essentially unknown reason for the delay. They did wind up comping the bracelet. However, if you need a timely gift, I would definitely not recommend a personalized one from this company.”
