“I never received my package. The address was correct and nothing was wrong with the shipping address but I later discovered that it was ‚ÄúReturned to Sender‚Äù. I called DHL and they said to contact my local post office. The post office said to contact Pura Vida since the package was returned to y‚Äôall. And when I tried to call, the phone number doesn‚Äôt work because COVID. I understand that COVID is playing a big impact on the world and especially on your company. It was just a little frustrating playing phone tag to reveal that my package is no where to be found and that I will probably never receive the items. When I finally got ahold on email, the customer service person graciously let me get other items (because the ones I ordered were no longer available) to make up for my lost package. Because of her, I‚Äôm giving y‚Äôall 3 stars. I‚Äôm not upset, it was just frustrating and disappointing at first not being able to receive the items I initially ordered.”
