“I was very excited to receive my Pura Vida order since I have ordered in the past and their jewelry seems like it’s very good quality. I ordered a mystery ring, mystery bracelet pack, and the one anklet I really wanted. Delivery was all ok, but when I open up my package the anklet came in damaged. I properly took it out of the package it came in and put it on my ankle. I started to notice the 2 string were not tight enough and kept coming loose. This lasted for about a week, and now the two strings do not tighten at all and the little knot in the middle that holds the whole bracelet together is broken. It’s very disappointing because I’ve been really wanting a good quality anklet.”
