“I actually found after wearing my bracelet for a few days that I was allergic to the wax coating on them. I contacted product support and they were easy to work with! They ended up apologizing and refunding my order! They also offered a solution of washing the bracelet in the washing machine. After I did so I no longer had rashes due to the bracelet and I couldn't be more happy with their product! In fact I purchased more bracelets (and washed them in the washing machine of course).”
